Only people you invite can join, through an invite link or code from a super-user in your organisation, after verifying their email.
Roles you control
Member, super-user (your administrator) and platform administrator. Your super-user sets each person's access and can revoke it instantly.
Private vs shared clauses
Clauses you save can stay private to you alone or be shared with your organisation; private clauses are never visible to anyone else.
Your original is preserved
The document you uploaded is never altered; corrections to extracted data never touch the source file.
Delete anytime
Remove any contract or clause whenever you like — it's removed from your workspace and its analysis.
Used only to analyse, never kept
