How we protect your data
WordingsAI is built so that your contracts and clause library stay private to your organisation. In plain terms, here is how your data is kept safe and separate.
Your workspace is isolated
Every organisation's contracts, clauses and analysis live in their own separate workspace. No one outside your organisation can see your data — every request is checked against your organisation and workspace before anything is returned.
Access is invite-only
Only people you invite can join. You share a single invite link (or code), and a super-user in your organisation approves who joins and sets their access level. Remove someone and their access ends immediately.
Private vs shared clauses
Clauses you save can be kept private to you alone, or shared with your whole organisation. Private clauses are never visible to other members — not even other people in your own organisation.
Secure sign-in
Sign-in is handled by a dedicated authentication system. You can use Google sign-in, or email and password with email verification. Sessions are protected with signed, http-only cookies.
Encrypted everywhere
All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, and your data is stored on infrastructure that encrypts it at rest.
Role-based control
Three roles — member, super-user (your organisation's administrator) and platform administrator — govern what each person can do. Your super-user manages members and their access tiers.
You stay in control
Your original uploaded contract is always preserved — corrections you make to extracted data never change the source document. You can delete clauses and contracts at any time.
